In this Special White roast we develop our Brazilian Arabica beans at a lower temperature and finish when golden prior to the first crack. This produces a light, nutty flavored coffee that is exceptionally high in caffeine and rich in natural antioxidants. But do not be surprised when after brewing it is blonde in color and does not have the usual taste of coffee. Maybe this is what you've been looking for all these years! Our White Coffee can also be added to your favorite beverage to enhance its enjoyment.

I ordered three different coffees--Special White, Award Winning Brazilian, and French Roast. So far, I have only tried two of them, the White and the Brazilian. The Special White is indeed unusual in its looks and its taste. It's OK, but I don't think I would ever buy it again. The Brazilian, on the other hand, is fabulous! I love it! I'm looking forward to trying the French Roast; its aroma is so enticing through the unopened bag.
