Our Current Need ⛲

Speaking of water... our next appeal to your generosity is also rather critical:     Due to our rapidly growing communities of monks (and nuns especially :) as well as expanding agricultural and horticultural operations, we are currently over 90% of our annual water right usage and need to purchase more to continue living and thriving with the goal of Benedictine self-sufficiency in this desert.

Due to the overwhelmingly generous response, we were able to purchase anewermodel, withfewerhours andcloserby, allowing monks tocontinuemoving mountainsfor many years! In fact, the backhoe had only just been delivered when it was already at work digging a hole to fix a broken water line...
