I received this travel mug as a gift and I love it! Realistic *perfect* 16-ounce portion. Who really drinks 32 ounces of coffee at a go--or do we only have time to drink half before we get to our destination...or it gets cold? Yep. Fits snugly in a car drink holder. Also snug is the lid! No worry about it opening and spilling scalding coffee on your lap (because it truly keeps it hot). The etched logo is very classy and high quality. Finally, I appreciate the non-skid bottom which prevents it gliding across a wet counter. Some may say a non-closing lid is not optimal, but I like it. Gives the coffee a chance to cool down just a bit before that first sip. Five stars!
