Great flavor, really nice roast, grinds beautifully. Roma is our favorite so far, but we haven't tried them all yet!

I only buy my coffee from Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery. The Espresso and Roma blends are incredible and make great cold brew. My wife loves the Roma when hot, but these Benedictine Monks are awesome and they roast some great coffee! Abbey Roast is the only one we stock our house with. Monastic Roasters Win Again

Roma is a nice alternative to our favorite (French Roast). It is excellent for the a.m. but has more of an earthy flavor than the tangy French Roast.

Ahh but its about the Brazilian----

Maybe its because the Brazilian is the "morning" in a morning cup of coffee that seemed something missing come the bottom of the cup. Or maybe, it was the call for a second cup? Maybe so? The next bag -- back to Brazilian ahh and this time -- Autumn is a must try because it builds on Brazilian. Maybe a sampling of flavors in the new kilo size is a real option! To be sure --- nothing from Abbey Roast disappoints !
