Very smooth tasting coffee
Black and White combines the expected with the unusual. White coffee, all by itself, it not always appetizing; however, in combination with some robust "normal" beans, white as half of the b& w duo is a welcome change of pace. (A little extra caffeine, too, for those days it needed.)

Very unique flavor and a good amount of caffeine. Not too bold or acidic, but a great blend of flavors. I have heard of cowboy coffee, but this is a different level. I like it.

Fabulous! I can't say enough about the taste and balance of this blend. It's too the point now where I want to take it with us when we travel. Other coffees just don't compare now. There are two great points in my opinion, the lack of acid in my belly even after 1/2 the pot. The other would be the higher caffeine content! Makes the morning better!

The roast quality was very good, and description accurate. So I give props to the roasters. It was indeed, It was very smooth and nutty. But the low score is only because I realized that I am not a ‘blond’ coffee drinker, and this was not as robust as I prefer. I like coffee that is as bold as a John Phillip Souza Marching band at daybreak. So to Black and White, I say, 'It’s not you, it’s me.' and I’ll move on to other roasts like Brazilian

I really like this coffee. I like how it smells, I like the rich chocolately flavor, I like the big caffeine boost, I like the contrasting colors of the beans, I like how the extra-hard beans sound in my coffee mill, and I like supporting the good monks of Our Lady of Guadalupe!
I'm not a big fan of black coffee and always have to add a bit of milk and sugar. I received a bag of the white coffee for Christmas and absolutely loved it, so figured I'd try the blended bag. This black and white coffee is delicious, nutty, and so cozy. I've found my new go-to coffee suppliers.
